Thank you for visiting us here at the Broadmoor Police Department. The Broadmoor community was established December 21,1948, to provide service to the unincorporated Colma area in San Mateo County. To this day Broadmoor the last operational Police Protection District's in the State of California. Currently the police department has 11 authorized fully sworn officers, a Police Chief, Commander of Police, 1 Sergeant, 2 Corporals and an abundance of Part-Time Officers.
